Once approved, I fix the issue cleanly, document the change, and test everything. You get reliable code, not a hacky patch
Prevent It Happening Again
Where possible, I include advice or improvements to help you avoid the same issue in the future.
*If you go ahead with the fix, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the total.

Every issue is different. While some are simple one-line fixes, others reveal deeper plugin or theme conflicts. That’s why I start with a £100 diagnostic: I’ll log in, identify the issue, and give you a clear explanation and a fixed-price quote before any work begins.
If it turns out to be something simple, the diagnostic fee may cover the full fix.
If it’s more involved, the £100 is credited toward the total. No hidden fees, no pressure to continue.
Most jobs are completed within 1–3 business days. Urgent or emergency issues can often be resolved faster — same-day in some cases (subject to availability).
If the issue is out of scope (e.g. hosting-related, plugin bug), I’ll still explain what’s happening and give you next steps, whether that’s contacting support or changing providers.
